Adult and Family Education Committee

The goal of the Adult and Family Education Committee is to provide a wide range of educational opportunities to the full spectrum of people within the Temple Israel community. Our tradition teaches us that learning should be a lifelong endeavor. There will be programs for families with young children, adult Bar Mitzvah Classes, those seeking spirituality and general fun stuff. The following programs are in the planning stages:

Chug Ivri- A group of people who gather monthly to practice their Hebrew speaking.

Book Club- A book of Jewish content will be discussed

Take Time for Torah- An informal Torah study session after Shabbat kiddish

Jewish Cooking for the Holidays- A cooking class before each holiday
