Non-Profit Group Volunteer Guidelines

 

 

Dress Code:           1.     Black Dress Pants (NO sweat/windbreaker/cargo pants)

2.        All Black Shoes or All Black Sneakers

3.        White Undershirt

*We will provided the rest of the uniform at our check-in area

 

Parking:                 Gillette Stadium

Follow the signs to the P1 Parking Entrance.  From there you will be directed to the employee parking area.

 

Entrance:               Gillette Stadium

Enter the Stadium through the Employee Entrance.  You must go through a security screening.  Purses larger than an 8 1/2" x 11" x 6" sheet of paper will NOT be allowed into the stadium do not bring any bags with you unless you absolutely need them.

 

Check-In:              Once you enter the stadium follow the signs to the TeamOps Group Check-in area.  You will be issued your Game Day Badge and Uniform at this point.  Both items must be returned at the end of the event.      

 

Supervisor:            You will be assigned a supervisor.  DO NOT leave your post without the supervisor’s permission.  Also any problems or questions should be directed to your supervisor.

 

Equipment:            You may be responsible for equipment.  Your supervisor will designate who gets the equipment and provide proper training on the equipment.  DO NOT play with any TeamOps issued equipment.  If you are unsure how to use the equipment or do not want the responsibility, please let your supervisor know immediately. 

 

No Violence:         As part of our event staff if you are involved or witness a confrontation call your supervisor or a uniformed police officer over to deal with the situation immediately.  DO NOT take the situation into your own hands.

 

Breaks:                  Gillette Stadium

We will provide hot meals in our break rooms at no charge.  You may bring your own food if you wish.  You CAN NOT purchase anything from our concession stands or vendors.
