More about the class,
A Taste of Torah Yoga Moving into Torah
The Chassidic Rebbe Sfat Emet teaches that the Torah is engraved in the body of a person, but it is hidden and needs to be discovered. Through Torah study and Yoga postures, we will find Torah within ourselves.
This two-hour workshop will be divided into a half hour of text study and an hour and a half of Torah Yoga practice. No yoga experience needed.
