Shorashim is excited to create a Temple community for you and your families to celebrate the holidays together, celebrate Shabbat together, do mitzvot together, and help instill Jewish roots for our families to grow.

- Project Sukkah - an architectural challenge using unconventional materials to build a Sukkah and then display in our Sukkah museum

Shabbat is Awesome & Havdalah
Spend Shabbat with us! Camp-style! An afternoon of games, rest, fun and relaxation with your TI community. After a delicious Shabbat lunch, everyone in the community is invited, with options that will fit everyone's needs! This includes games, sports, music and more! As Shabbat ends at 5:25 pm, we will all join together and celebrate the end of Shabbat with an uplifting spiritual Havdallah service.
Temple-wide Hanukkah Party

Join Shorashim and the Temple community for a fun-filled Hanukkah celebration as we light the hanukkiah together, eat latkes, do arts and crafts and hear a performance by Shir Rhythm a cappella.
Family Friendly New Year’s Eve Celebration

Join the families of Temple Israel and the Greater Sharon community for a kid-friendly New Year's Eve celebration!
Come tear up the dance floor, get your bounce on in our bouncy house, compete in our gaga pit, play life-size games and nosh the night away as we countdown till 8 pm and drop the ball with a champagne toast! Say goodbye to 2018 in style.
A quiet movie room will also be available for kids who might want a more laid back feel at night.
