Dr. Laurent Layani is a Moroccan Jew of French background and a surgeon. He and his wife have lived and worked in the United Arab Emirates for the past five years. Join us to hear his story and his perspectives on how the peace agreement between Israel and the UAE has already been a game changer, with Kosher restaurants, Chabad Centers and more sprouting up in the open.
