5:00 PM - 8:00 PMZoomPlease help us honor Aaron Kischel as Temple Israel Brotherhood's 5781/2020 Keeper of the Flame Award, presented annually to temple Brotherhood members by the New England Region of the Federation of Jewish Men's Clubs in recognition of outstanding contributions to their Men's Club, Synagogue and Community.
As many of you know, Aaron has spent five decades in Jewish education, youth leadership and the Conservative Movement (USCJ). In recent years, Aaron has served as Director/Docent of Teen Education for the New England Friends of March of the Living (www.motlnewengland.org) and Group Leader for the Massachusetts, New Jersey and Florida contingents of MOTL that brought hundreds of high school juniors and seniors on a memorable life-changing educational journey to Poland And Israel. He was a Coordinator for United Synagogue’s Hazak trips to Israel and is Chair of Temple Israel’s Israel Affairs Committee. He was honored in 2012 by United Synagogue for lifetime achievements. Aaron is also a former religious school teacher and congregational youth director.
Aaron will be honored on November 1st with the honorees of the Regions' other men’s clubs. Registration and tributes are due by October 16th and may be made directly at www.nerfjmc.org.
