Hertz Preschool Enrollment

New Hertz Families

If you have not been a Hertz Family or Temple Israel member before, you will need to create an account to start the Enrollment Process.  Please email Hayley Snow, hsnow@tisharon.org, to request creating an account before proceeding.

Hertz Preschool Enrollment

Please read through all the information before starting the Enrollment Form.


Tuition Schedules for 2024-2025:

  1.  Toddler Tuition Schedule - Please contact Leisa Glass to confirm availability in the Toddler Program.

Tuition Payments:

Fill out the enrollment form and click "Submit Enrollment".  You do not need to pay anything at this time.  

1.  Do NOT Pay Now; choose Bill to My Account or Set Up Payments

2.  Bill to My Account

If you do this, you'll receive a statement once a month from the Temple Israel office as a reminder to pay your tuition. 

Select Pay Once Now.  Then Bill to My Account.  Then Confirm & Continue.

3.  Set Up Payments

You can set up monthly payments now that do not start until the future.

If your child is not accepted to Hertz Nursery School, the Temple Israel Office will remove all charges for the 2024-2025 School Year.

4.  Sibling Discount

The sibling discount will be applied by the Temple Israel Office after registration is complete.  This will change the total due.  You will not need to adjust anything in your account.

Deposit Fees:

Current Families:
After you submit your Enrollment Form(s), Leisa Glass, the Hertz Nursery School Director, your child's spot is ONLY guaruenteed once we receive the $500 deposit. 

New Families: 
After you receive direct confirmation from one of the directors that you have been enrolled, we request that you pay your Deposit within 2 weeks.  The Deposit is $500 per child enrolled.  This fee ensures a spot at Hertz Nursery School for the next year.  Your child's spot will not be held after two weeks without that payment. 

ALL Families: 
You may either bring a check to the Temple Israel office or pay online using the Hertz Deposit Form.  All checks for Hertz Nursery School need to be made out to Temple Israel of Sharon.  In the MEMO write Hertz Deposit 2024-2025.

The Enrollment Form needs to be filled out for each child you are registering.
