HH in-person services

We know the holidays are different this year. Our leadership and clergy have worked hard to design opportunities for everyone to feel part of our community. These include Zoom services and limited opportunities listed below for in-person davening.

In order to allow as many people who wish to attend in-person services the chance to do so, please sign up for only one in-person service, whether you choose indoor (limited to 15 participants) or outdoor (limited to 40 participants) services.

Please note the following health precautions and then fill out the registration form below:

Social distancing rules apply: maintain a minimum of 6 feet of separation from other households, wear a mask over your mouth and nose at all times, and do not participate in any close personal contact, such as hugging and hand-shaking.

Singing must be at a low volume.

• If children attend, they must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Hand washing or hand sanitizing is recommended hourly.

• Only one person at a time should be in either restroom.

• Bring your own kippah and/or talit and mahzor; we cannot provide them in this environment.

If you are not feeling well on the day of the services or are awaiting a COVID-19 test result, please stay home. However, we ask that you inform the executive director that you will not be attending if there is sufficient time to give notice prior to Shabbat or the holiday.

If a participant develops symptoms of COVID-19 or tests positive for COVID-19 within 14 days of attending services, notify the executive director immediately. This is required to initiate contact tracing and communication with other attendees.

This form must be filled out prior to attendance. Choose only one service so others may participate.
Note: Kol Nidre services have reached the in-person limit.

This form closed on 2020-09-25 13:00:00.
